TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
We kindly ask our customers to read the following terms and conditions carefully and to tick the box on the order page to agree to these terms before placing an order online.
Online orders need to be placed before 4pm GMT for guaranteed next day delivery. For same day delivery, please call us on 01223 891740.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
The Flower Boutique cannot guarantee exact time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order. Please ensure the correct address and contact details are provided for the intended recipient. In the event of any delivery problems ‘the flower boutique’ will not accept responsibility for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect information.
If the address provided is a work address, please indicate the times the recipient will be available at that address or if a private address, when we are likely to find the recipient at home.
Deliveries are not possible on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Delivery is not included in the price of product.
There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery to hospitals, hotels,
offices etc. In case of delivery to such locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
Should the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or place the order in a considered safe place at the delivery address. A card will be posted through the letterbox informing the recipient that a delivery has been attempted.
Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on +44 (0)1223 891740. We can then process the cancellation or amendment of your order. If order has been delivered or made up or if you have requested specific items you may be charged fully or in part.
If the products we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an unreasonable quality, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of the products in question.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Security & Privacy
All customer details are kept strictly confidential. Your credit card details are sent securely through PayPal and are never stored or seen by us.
All security responsibilities transfer to PayPal.
