We would love to create your wedding flowers, whether for a small intimate wedding, or if you have something more dramatic in mind.  

At The Flower Boutique we start the process with an initial consultation where we take the time to listen and understand exactly how you envisage your day. Together, we develop and define your own vision to create unique and totally bespoke wedding designs.

The first step is to get in touch either via the form on this page, by email or phone (01223 891740 or  We’ll then arrange a time to meet where we can discuss your colour scheme and pair your ideas with our expertise.

After our initial meeting we will provide a detailed proposal and an intial estimate.

We require a small deposit to secure any wedding date, and once confirmed, we will keep in regular contact up until your wedding day.

Our service includes:

  • Regular contact to keep up to date with your plans and ideas
  • Any additional meetings to confirm your order and discuss the finer details
  • On the day set-up

Note: We only take on a limited number of weddings per year, and only one wedding per day.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the next step after enquiry?

We will arrange a formal consultation, usually at the Flower Boutique. Note: There will be additional charges for additional consultations, venue meetings, quote revisions etc.

Am I able to change my initial choices?

Of course, if colour schemes or other details change, this is absolutely fine a long as we know two weeks before your wedding date.  A new estimate will be issued to you with adjustments.  A small admin fee applies for any changes.

Is there a delivery/set up fee?

Yes, and this will vary depeding on whether one or two venues.  The amount will be add it to your estimate and then final invoice once we have your delivery requirements.

When will my flowers be delivered?

All flowers are delivered on the wedding day. We will be in touch in the lead up to the day to finalise the delivery details ensuring the schedule suits you as well as the venues set up guidelines.

How do I pay?

Payment is by bank transfer or over the phone or in person at The Flower Boutique. A £100 non- refundable booking fee secures your date in our diary with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the wedding date.
